Join Team Run for LIFE
You can be one of 150 runners in a prime starting position in the world’s largest half marathon, GöteborgsVarvet. This city-wide running event takes place right after the closing of the world congress, on May 12. 

Team Run for LIFE consists of 150 spots that have been made available exclusively for Astra  Tech World Congress delegates – the race has been sold out since September 2011. Team Run for LIFE has received a top starting spot between group 3 and 4. 

As a runner, you will also have access to three private tents in the corporate village, where food, beverages, and massage therapy for sore muscles will be provided.

So get your running shoes on and start training – 200,000 spectators will watch you run!

I run because I care
The starting fee is SEK 200 (regular starting fee is SEK 695) and the entire amount goes to WaterAid - an international non-governmental organization, whose mission is to transform lives by improving access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation in the world's poorest communities. You run because you care - your starting fee donation will provide one person with clean water and sanitation for life.
