Payment The total amount due, including all social events and full prepayment of hotel rooms, is calculated on your registration and should be payed in full when you make your registration.

Majeure Acts of strike, lock-out, fire, major restrictions on delivery or other circumstances beyond Astra Tech´s control, allow Astra Tech to cancel the agreement, without liability for payment of any damages.
Cancellation Conditions for accommodation and registration fees All cancellations must be submitted in writing to MCI. Cancellation requests must be e-mailed, faxed or sent with regular mail. No shows will not qualify for refunds.
Pre congress sessions In case of limited interest we reserve the right to cancel the session up to two weeks in advance. In this case the pre-congress fee will be refunded in full. Before January 1, 2012 Total amount will be refunded except for an administrative fee of SEK 1 000 per delegate From January 1, 2012 until February 29, 2012 Reimbursement of 50% of the total amount paid.
From March 1, 2012 until March, 2012 Reimbursement of 25% of the total amount paid.
From April 1, 2012 No reimbursement.
Cancellation Conditions for social activities (guest tours and social dinners) All cancellations must be submitted in writing to MCI. Cancellation requests must be faxed or emailed. No shows will not qualify for refunds. Before April 24, 2012 Total amount will be refunded except for an administrative fee of SEK 300 From April 24, 2012 No reimbursement. Change of registration All changes before April 1, 2012, can be made directly on the registration website.
